“Thoughts are just thoughts”
In this 60 minute class we will be doing the regular insight meditation practices we have been doing in the bi-weekly practices since lockdown began, but then going into a deeper exploration into our thinking and thought patterns.
We will be applying several of the processes from the 8 week MBSR programme which will provide you with yet another layer of awareness and possibility to be with your thoughts in a more helpful and more flexible way.
There is a small charge for this of £10 if you are not doing the monthly course payments or £5 if on a low wage or FREE if you cannot afford it.
