How it works is through a carefully planned nutritional and movement programme, you will be eating three meals a day, be having in-between top-ups, taking regular exercise and adding self-care daily.

It is an online programme with four one hour weekly meetings, Facebook group contact for advice, menus and motivation. Each week we assess another core area of nutrition and wellness, then work through various health and life coaching exercises to move you step by step towards the version of yourself you wish to be.

  • Choose the right type and quantity of carbs
  • Eat a tablespoon of seeds every day
  • Minimise refined food and sugar
  • Drink 8 glasses of water (including teas) every day

  • Have at least half your diet raw or lightly steamed
  • Keep a food diary
  • Move and exercise more
