Learn Mindfulness Meditation: Introductory Workshop
Mindfulness is simply noticing your thoughts, feelings and body in the moment. It is about becoming more aware of the present moment, whatever it is, so you live less in the past or future. Mindfulness training enables you to learn how to respond to experiences rather than reacting to them in automatic pilot fashion. the more you can learn to do this the less hold your thoughts and feelings have over you and the more present you are.
I am holding a short workshop in September for anyone interested in Mindfulness, in learning how to deal with stress, anxiety, depression in a healthier way. It is an introduction to the 8 part Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programme.
