To kickstart this year we have a new Beginners Pilates class starting on Sat 24th January at 10:30am. This is a great chance to discover what Pilates can do for you. Pilates employs control, balance, strength, mobility and flexibility. Pilates builds the body from the inside out by getting the deep postural structures to engage. This can help with back and joint issues, helping you to get stronger, to move with more flexibility and ultimately to allow you to live with more freedom and vitality.
