Join the Monday Retreat 6 week course
In a time of turmoil and uncertainty I am inviting you to join me for 6 Mondays from late September to give yourself a break, to take a breath, settle and begin to cultivate a new relationship with yourself.
The 6 week course is in effect a mini Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction training: learning how to add simple regular meditation and breathing practices to your day, learning about your mind and body, learning how to be with our difficulties, our unhelpful thinking and of course feelings.
You will get:
- weekly chance to be still, to breathe and settle
- weekly meditation and breathwork recordings to continue your practices
- deeper understanding of how to be with your thoughts, feelings and physical senses
- momentary and daily sustainable control, choice and freedom
PLUS: each week you have the opportunity to look at something in your life that could be better, something that is not working or holding you back and to begin to implement slow but effective alternatives.
- Improve your dietary awareness and habits
- Get that creative or work project planned
- Improve sleep and reduce stress
- Increase health and fitness goals
