It is no surprise that like everyone else we have been forced to close our doors for the group and 1-1 classes. however all of our classes will continue online. We have a range of Pilates matwork classes to suit your ability and need from absolute Beginner on Saturday morning at 930, to absolute intense with the Advanced class on Tuesday evenings.
If you are looking to kickstart your year with some new exercise then Pilates will cater for your flexibility, your strength, your co-ordination and your endurance. It is a total body and mind exercise. If you have never done Pilates and are being nagged to do so by ‘someone’ then please contact us and we will find the right class for you.
We also continue with our popular bi-weekly meditation classes on Wed and Fri at 6pm with Simon.
