If you are intersted or even curious about Mindfulness or the Jon Kabat-Zin MBSR 8 week course then come along to my next short Introduction to Mindfulness classes. These are an opportunity to find out what Mindfulness is and isnt and how you can learn to be with your thoughts, feelings and senses in a more adaptive, flexible and helpful way.
